In addition to Dr. Ensley's continuing orthodontic education, team members attend annual meetings and orthodontic conferences to further their education and learn from others in the field. This ongoing training and education ensures that your experience will be efficient and comfortable, while taking advantage of the latest orthodontic solutions and technologies.

At Ensley Orthodontics, we'll never introduce a new treatment practice or use new materials without first making sure that all involved staff are fully trained to support it.

Dr. Ensley abides by the theory that a staff that plays together stays together. Therefore, we take personal time for fun outings every year, such as river rafting and laser tag, as well as our annual Ensley Orthodontics trip to Black Butte. This trip usually involves eating way too much food, hiking, bike riding, lazing in the sun, assembling jigsaw puzzles, and playing rousing games of Catch-Phrase and spoons. We even try to have a short meeting or two!

In addition to the photos on our web site, we also keep a scrapbook with other pictures and reminders of our fun trips and outings.
